Creativerse welcome DLC001

Basic Information[]

The Gold Pack was a gift granted to Early Access players when Creativerse went F2P - free to play - on November 11th 2015 with update R25, while still staying in Early Access. Before this date, the Early Access version of the game was purchasable for ca. 20 US Dollars.

How to obtain[]

The Gold Pack cannot be obtained any longer.

On November 11th, buyers of the payable Early Access - version were rewarded with Store-coins and the Gold Pack. The existing amount of Coins was multiplied by 10 (each buyer had initially received 400 Coins when buying the game and for a short while, daily Coins could be claimed too during Early Access).

Content of the Gold Pack[]

The Gold Pack consisted of:

These recipes were granted to all player-characters of EA buyers as account-bound additions to their Crafting Menus to automatically "carry over" to any newly created/visited world, even those worlds with the "Pro" world option "world bound recipes" ("fresh start") enabled.

Welcome DLC[]

All the rare Recipes from the Gold Pack returned as a content of the "Welcome" DLC on May 24th 2017.

This DLC did not contain any helpful items for new players like the description claimed, but instead included 4 rare recipes from the Gold Pack (the Golden Potion and the 3 gold blocks), plus 900 crafted blocks (Golden Wall, Banded Golden Wall and Studded Golden Wall) and Coins for the Store.

However, the Golden Sword in the Welcome Bundle/DLC was an Iron level sword at first to be crafted from a completely different crafting recipe as the old Gold Pack sword. It still had the exact same name as the Lumite level Gold Sword that the Early Access players already owned.

Early Access players complained about the Welcome Bundle, because at the time they were granted the Gold Pack, they were told in one of Playful's livestreams that these gifts were a Thank-you for all the EA players that were called "you are gold".

So very shortly after the Welcome DLC had appeared, the "original" Golden Sword from the Gold Pack (that kept it's 100 damage points and its more "demanding" crafting recipe), was renamed to Legendary Golden Sword.

This Legendary Golden Sword was also provided a different design with purple gems (indicating Lumite that is required to craft it) instead of red globes, and also with additional effects when carrying (vapor & sparks) and when swinging it (a purple-golden rainbow).
