The Galactic Striped Wall Slope is a grey building block a little less than half the size of a common cubic block that has a futuristic metal or plastic look with a dark grey slanted surface and light grey sides, plus a protruding orange adorning part like a small wheel or rounded button.
How to obtain
The Galactic Striped Wall Slope is part of the Galactic Super Bundle that was implemented with update R46 in September 2017, and the door can only be crafted (default crafting key is Q) in the Crafting Menu after buying this Super Bundle in the Store for Coins.
Buying the Galactic Super Bundle in the Store for Coins is the only way to permanently add the (already unlocked) crafting recipe for this block to the Crafting Menu, where it will keep being available even on game worlds where the world option "world bound recipes" is enabled.
Already crafted Galactic Striped Wall Slope can also be bought in the Store as being part of Item Packs and part of building kits for space-themed Blueprints, but these purchases will not include the crafting recipes for these slopes.
Crafting Galactic Striped Wall Slopes
To craft 8 Galactic Striped Wall Slopes at a time, you will need:
- 2 blocks of Magnetite that can be mined from the Fossil layer (accessible through shallow Caves) or at recesses near rivers with at least a Stone Mining Cell equipped; or can be obtained from Warmworms, Night Rocksters and Rockzilla as a loot or pet-harvest
- 1 Red Pigment that can be found in or can be made in a Processor from Red Flowers (obtainable from Ashenwood trees or Wood Treasure Chests, can be multiplied by placing the Flower blocks and picking them up again; no Power Cell is required to take Flowers)
- and 1 unit of Tar, found in pools in larger Caves on the Fossil layer and Stalactite layer underground, and requires at least an Iron Mining Cell equipped to be scooped
How to use Galactic Striped Wall Slopes
Galactic Striped Wall Slopes can be placed into the game world for building purposes.
These slopes are not very well suited to create roofs, since they are slightly smaller than usual slopes. They also cannot be cut into corners like other slopes, for example Galactic Hull Slopes.
You can fully rotate Galactic Striped Wall Slopes by pressing and holding R and moving the mouse while holding the left mouse button. The chosen rotation angle can be "locked" too by simply typing "r" while looking at a rotated block or item, so next all items of the same stack will be placed facing the same direction.
