Basic information[]
The Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potion is a potion that increases your damage by 25%, but also poisons you for 5 minutes.
Unlike most other potions, Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potions can be put into displays, where it will be shown as a skull-shaped glass bottle with a brown cork.
How to obtain[]
Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potions can be crafted in your Crafting Menu (to be opened by pressing "q" as the default key), but only after obtaining the corresponding crafting recipe from The Great Pumpkiru, either during a Pumpkiru's Candy Campaign Halloween event, or by summoning The Great Pumpkiru with a Mysterious Bauble.
How to unlock the crafting recipe[]
The rare crafting Recipe for Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potions can be bought from Pumpkiru Jr. or The Great Pumpkiru. It cost 200 Pumpkiru Candy during the 2020 Pumpkiru's Candy Campaign.
You can learn all of the rare crafting Recipes that you can obtain either by clicking on their icon in your inventory/bag with the right mouse button (by default).
Then the crafting Recipe will vanish from your inventory and a message will appear telling you that you have successfully learnt this rare Recipe. You can then find it in your Crafting Menu, where it will be permanently available, even on worlds with the "Pro" world option "world-bound recipes" enabled.
If you already know this rare Recipe and obtain it again, the new one will have a check mark over its icon and you cannot learn it a second time.
How to craft[]
To craft 3 Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potions, you'll need:
- 1 Mud crafted from Water and Dirt or found in the bottom of lakes or in the Stalactite layer
- 1 Pigsy Droppings obtained as pet harvest from Pigsies, Ghost Pigsies, Feral Pigsies, Night Hoglets, Polturpigsies or Night Pigsies
- 1 Tar found in the Stalactite layer
- 1 Arcstone obtained as loot or pet harvest from any kind of Keepas or Baby Leafis
How to use[]
Use this potion by putting a (stack of) Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potion(s) into any quickslot, then selecting this slot and clicking your right mouse button.
Alternatively you can drag a (stack of) Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potion(s) from the inventory over your character's portrait on the right side.
When consumed, an Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potion will increase your damage output by 25% for five minutes, but will also do periodic poison damage (approx 10-12 per second) for the same duration. It is recommended to use this together with a Bog Sandwich, which will cause the poison damage to heal you instead.
Unlike most other potions, Suspicious Skull-Shaped Potions can be put into displays, where it will be shown as a skull-shaped glass bottle with a brown cork. If the display is painted, the primary color will affect the color of the bottle, and the secondary color will affect the color of the cork
