Basic Information[]
Sinews are common animal parts that are randomly dropped from many types of Creatures when they are being killed, and can also be harvested from many types of Pets.
Sinews can be processed to Twines in a Processor since update R56 on September 27th 2018.
How to obtain[]
Many Creatures in Creativerse, including Corrupted Creatures, can occasionally drop Sinews in their Loot Bag when being killed. Sinews can also be harvested from nearly all kind of Pets.
Keepas of all kinds, Things, Warmworms and Hot Feet are not known to drop Sinews though.
Since Sinews are a common and "cheap" resource, they can often be obtained from Pets even if they are not fed their (exact) favorite type of Food.
The Quest "Branching Out" rewards players with 20 Leafi Leaves and 20 Sinews for defeating 10 common bright green daylight Leafies. This quest is unlocked by completing the quest "Home Sweet Home".
How to use[]
Like Vines, you can put Sinews into a Processor (after placing it into the game world) and process each Sinew into 4 Twines. It takes 10 seconds for each Sinew to be processed, exactly as long as it takes for Vines.
When activating the Processor (with "f" as the default key while pointing your cursor at it), you simply have to carry Sinews in your inventory and then can transfer them to the Processor either with a click of your right mouse button on the Sinew icon in the left window that will open up together with the Processor window, or you can use drag & drop. By holding SHIFT, you can "order" the Processor to process 5 Sinews into 5x4 Twines at once, which will fill 5 of the 21 queue slots.
Like nearly all other animal parts, Sinews cannot be placed, cannot be consumed directly/raw, can neither processed nor forged, cannot be fed to Pets, cannot be transformed or used in any way.
Sinews also cannot be put on display by placing them into the slots of display containers like Placemats, Stone Wall Shelves, Hidden Temple Altars, Galactic Grav-Chambers, Frozen Containers, Holiday Decorative Trees, Snow Buried Containers, Wood Planters, Flower Pots or the like.

Trivia[]
Before update R23 on October 7th 2015, Sinews had been used as crafting materials for several recipes, like for the Obsidian Sword.
