Basic Information[]

The Destroyer Costume Set is a Costume that was introduced to the Store of Creativerse with the second Pumpkiru's Community Candy Campaign that started on October 24th 2018 and ended on November 14th 2018.

It consists of

These Costumes are "skins" (in actual fact complete 3D models) that will replace the look of the clothes and even the according body parts of your player character for as long as these skins are activated/selected by you in the "Costumes" window for your character model. This selection will be kept on all game worlds until you will change it.

The Destroyer Suit Head is a dark grey flat metal robot head with colorful glowing eyes, a glowing mouth with square "teeth", a colorful stripe at the back of the head and a black thin neck piece. The glowing parts and the stripe at the back will adjust in color to the eyes respectively hair color that you have selected for your player character and can change anytime in the "Costumes" window.

The Destroyer Suit Arms consist of a large shoulder pad on the right shoulder and two shiny long sleeves for both arms. The right underarm will be always covered by the ArcTek Gauntlet though, while a black glove covers the left hand when the Destroyer Suit Arms are selected as a Costume. The colors of the sleeves are defined by your choice of color for the shirt trim, and the color of the shoulder pad adjusts to the color that you select(ed) for the shirt of your player character. The fingertips of the black left glove that belongs to the Destroyer Suit Arms will not take on the color that you select(ed) for the skin of your player character. The spikes on the shoulder pad and the pads/clasps along the outside of the left arm will also always be black, as well as the parallel connection lines on the arms.

The Destroyer Suit Torso looks like a hard metal sleeveless armor with a spiky-head symbol at the center of the chest, a black square neckline and hard black parts that cover most of the back. The upper part of the chest armor that extends to the upper back will adjust in color to the color that you select(ed) for the shirt of your player character, and the symbol on the center of the chest as well the t-shaped armor part over the belly will adjust in color to the color that you select(ed) for the shirt trim of your player character.

The Destroyer Suit Legs is a thicc robotic metal leg armor that transitions into boots with claw-like spikes at the tips of the toes. It has visible square joints at the knees and over the pectineus muscle. The foot armor parts that cover bridges of the feet up to the back of the boots are always dark grey in color, as is the armor part over the pubis. Many parts at the joints are always black, for example disk-shaped parts on the suras directly below the knee pits. Most parts of the armor on the thighs and lower legs will be of the color that you select(ed) for the pants of your player character. The majority of the "shorts" on the hips as well as the knee armor in front and at the back will take on the color that you select(ed) for the pants trim of your player character. The toe "claws" and the boot part covering the heels adjust in color to the color that you select(ed) for the shoes of your player character.

How to obtain[]

This Costume set can be bought in the Store for Coins. As for the costs, please note that the prices in the Store can vary and are often reduced for a limited timespan.

After buying this Set, all 4 costume parts will be available for your user account to be selected on all Creativerse game worlds and on the main screen before selecting any game world to play on. This also means that you cannot buy them another time (just like Recipe Packs that are account-bound as well).

These Costumes do not have to be crafted, which also means you can't make spare ones and you cannot give Costumes to other players.

Different from item packs, buying Costumes will not add any item bundles into your inventory. Instead, the Costume parts that you bought can then be found as a selection when clicking on their respective costume slot next to your player character's model to the right side of the inventory.

Please note that Playful is thinking about only offering season-themed Costumes like the Destroyer Costume Set during the according event-times in the Store at some point and might deactivate the offer outside this season. So in the future you might only be able to buy this Halloween-themed Costume set for a few weeks around Halloween in October to November.

However, once you have bought the Destroyer Costume Set, it will always be available to you for the whole year to be activated on your player character.

How to use[]

Once you have bought or obtained the Destroyer Costume Set, all the 4 Costumes that are part of this set can be activated individually on your player character's 3D "paper doll" to the right side of your inventory by clicking on the word "Costume" above the character's head.

Then click on any of the 4 corresponding equipment slot to find a (list of) costume(s) that you own that will fit the depicted body part(s). Click on one of the Costumes that you want to use to activate it. It will then be displayed in this costume equipment slot and automatically be shown on your player character's portrait doll in 3D as well.

Click on "done" in order to accept this selection, then your player character in the game world will take on this new look and will be shown wearing the selected Costume/s. This selection can be turned off and on again any time you like.

To deselect the chosen costume or to select another one, simply click on "Costumes" and then on the according costume slot once again to chose either another costume or none (by clicking on the red crossed-out circle).

The Costume part you have chosen will replace the look of the according body part and clothes of this body part of your player character with the look of the chosen costume "skin", no matter what is actually equipped in the according equipment slot.

Only the look and sometimes the according animated effects, but neither the stats (for example armor defense points) nor the durability of the actual equipment (breastplate, armguards, etc.) will be influenced when a Costume is worn/activated.

You can't equip or unequip the whole Costume Set at once with just one click, but you will have to select or deselect each part of the set individually.

As said, the stats (defense points of armor) of your actual equipment will be kept. Only if you change your actual equipment or an armor part breaks, these stats will change according to the armor part equipped (or unequipped) in its actual armor equipment slot, while your player character will still be shown wearing the chosen Costume, and will keep looking that way even if you unequip all armor parts from the actual equipment slots.

How to change the colors of the Destroyer Costume Set[]

Some of the colors of each of the 4 parts of the Destroyer Costume Set will adjust to the colors that you select and can change anytime for the body parts and clothes of your player character (hair, eyes, shirt, shoes etc.) on the main game screen and also while playing on any game world.

The color of the glowing eyes of the Destroyer Suit Head can be changed by selecting a different eye color for the eyes of your player character. The mouth of the Destroyer Suit Head will automatically glow in a slightly brighter version of this same color. A glowing stripe on the back of the Destroyer Suit Head right above the neck will adjust in color to the color that you can select for the hair of your player character.

The color that you select for the skin of your character will not influence any colors on the Destroyer Suit Head, however this selection will show on the fingertips of the left hand of your player character - unless you select the Destroyer Suit Arms as a Costume, then the whole glove on the left hand will turn black and will not adjust in color to the skin.

The large shoulder pad on the right shoulder that belongs to the Destroyer Suit Arms can be changed in color by selecting another color for the shirt, and the the colors of the sleeves can be defined by the selection of color for the shirt trim.

The upper part of the chest armor of the Destroyer Suit Torso can also be changed in color by selecting a different color for the shirt of your player character. The t-shaped armor part over the belly of the Destroyer Suit Torso and the symbol on the center of the chest as well will adjust in color to the shirt trim color selection.

The basic color of the Destroyer Suit Legs armor on the thighs and lower legs can be changed by selecting another color for the pants of your player character. The hip covering armor as well as the knee armor can be colored by selecting any color for the pants trim. The "claws" at the tip of the boots as well as the heel armor will be defined in color by your selection of the shoe color.

You cannot change the colors of the whole Set with just one selection, but you will have to select the colors for each part of the Destroyer Costume Set individually.
