Basic Information[]
In the past, Coins used to be a virtual currency you would have to purchase with real money when Creativerse was still a Free-To-Play game. However since Creativerse transitioned into a Pay-To-Play model, the game no longer offers micro-transactions, DLCs or an in-game store. Instead, players can now obtain coins through game-play by killing or taming certain creatures in the Creativerse world.
Coins can be placed into display containers (ie: Placemat, Planters, Stone Wall Shelf), but the coin will not show up on the display. Coins cannot be placed inside of the quick-slot-bar, nor can they be placed anywhere in the world.
How To Obtain[]
Coins can be obtained by harvesting and/or killing certain types of creatures. Specifically, Night Pigsy, Night Leafi, Night Rockster, Night Chizzard; Miru, (All) Corrupted Creatures, (All) Dusk Creatures; Hotfoot, Warmworm.
Some Halloween Event mobs will also drop coins. More specifically: Th'ang The Unyielding (Only when tamed), Mirghoul (Only when tamed), Ghost Miru (Only when tamed), Wraithworm (Only when tamed).
Also Glowing Truffl (This creature does not spawn naturally in the world (yet). You have to bring the Glowing Truffl into the world with the "Glowing Truffl" Summoner in Creator Mode.)
Coin drops are pretty scarce when the player kills the creatures. It's best to tame the mobs and make them into pets, feed them and harvest them for the drops instead. By feeding your pets their favorite food you can receive double than what you would have if you just killed them. By placing a Rancher Villager next to where you keep your tamed pets you can sometimes triple the amount of loot you get than doing anything previously mentioned. (Please note that Ranchers work best when you have only 3 of the same type of pet around them.)
You can also obtain coins from using Creator Mode, if the World Owner has enabled it onto the world and/or you're a high enough permission rank to have access to Creator Mode
How To Use[]
Coins can be used to buy Blueprint Kits from the Blueprint window; that you can access through the Blueprints TAB from the inventory. This is the default resource for purchasing these kits, but the World Owner has the ability to change this currency in the World Settings to better suit their own desired world.
The World Owner also has the ability to change out the purchasing costs on Costumes, Auto-build, and Claims to use Coins instead of their default resources.
Although, Coins and Qbits are not the limitations of what can be used as a currency to buy: Costumes, Blueprint Kits and/or Auto-Build; The World Owner has many options. They can change it to whatever resource, material, crafted block and/or recipe they want in the game.
